signal Lost

Signal Lost is an innovative creative methodology that uses movement, performance, sensory exploration and co-creation to strengthen communication, develop emotional intelligence and enhance wellbeing. Built on over thirty years of artistic practice across education, health, criminal justice, community settings and the professional arts, Signal Lost creates inclusive environments where every individual is empowered to explore, express and connect in ways that feel authentic to them.

At its heart is the belief that movement is one of our earliest and most instinctive forms of communication. When words are unavailable, overwhelming or simply not enough the body continues to tell our stories. Through dance, physical theatre, creative play and collaborative artistic experiences, participants develop greater self-awareness, empathy and confidence, building the emotional literacy that underpins resilience, positive relationships and lifelong wellbeing. Rather than focusing on deficits or diagnosis Signal Lost recognises the strengths, creativity and potential within every individual. By nurturing curiosity, imagination and meaningful human connection, the methodology supports people to reconnect with themselves, understand others more deeply and discover new ways of engaging with the world around them.
